Kim Wilde, the star singer, has opened up about a painful health battle that left her feeling like "this is only going one way".

When asked about her secret to feeling so good, the star singer shared: " weight lifting and stretching and yoga stuff and core stuff. I've been doing that twice for a year now and I'm feeling super super strong, and for a woman of my age it's a very smart thing to do. If you're 64, you should be pulling weights and looking after your body and bones."
