King Charles found himself in the middle of a scrum of New Zealand female rugby players who gave him a group hug at a Buckingham Palace reception - and he issued them a warning about their time in the team
King Charles issued a candid warning after being mobbed by a group of female rugby players for a rare group hug.
The Buckingham Palace reception came as details of his first major tour since his cancer diagnosis were released, with the King travelling to Australia and making a state visit to Samoa for a Commonwealth leaders' summit. He poignantly warned: "I hope you make the most of your time in the team because you don't stay young for very long, as I discovered, it all goes quicker than you think."
