As Thanksgiving approaches, let's take a look back at how FOXTV's classic series KingOfTheHill tackled the stressful holiday in some great episodes that put in all into perspective. Opinion / HankHill MikeJudge turkeyday
\nThanksgiving is a difficult holiday. I'll be honest with you, I've never been a fan of it. It's as if we put our heads together and picked the things that piss us all off about every holiday and crammed them into a Thursday at the end of November. King Of The Hill is one of the best TV shows ever at taking an honest and dry look at everyday American life , and as such, it took aim at Thanksgiving several times during its time on the air.
A combination of bad weather and Hank's turkey being mistaken for a bomb derails their plans, and the Hills are trapped at the airport.\n\nI love this episode. It revolves around a very relatable scenario and gives every character some great moments to shine. Everyone's stories are nicely intertwined and come full circle for some great tension-fueled comedy.
