The contract for the 27-year-old forward from Thousand Oaks will have an average annual value of $4.2 million through the 2027-28 season
Thousand Oaks native Trevor Moore will be staying close to home for another five seasons after he and the Kings agreed to a contract extension worth $21 million that will run through the 2027-28 season.
Moore, 27, was an unsigned free agent out of the University of Denver and began his professional career in the Toronto Maple Leafs’ organization. He played sparingly, contributing 13 points in 52 games over the course of two seasons, before being traded to the Kings. He was dealt along with draft picks in exchange for Jack Campbell and Kyle Clifford in February 2020.
