Klaviyo has signed a ten-year lease for a 57,264 square-foot office at One Le Pole Square in Dublin, relocating its EMEA headquarters from Dame Street and aiming to grow its team beyond 250 employees by 2027.

Klaviyo, a company that provides customer relationship management tools for online retailers, has signed a long-term lease for a new headquarters in Dublin, reinforcing its commitment to the Irish market.

The firm has agreed to a ten-year deal for a 57,264 square-foot office at One Le Pole Square, which will serve as the base for its Europe, Middle East and Africa operations. The relocation from its current premises on Dame Street will provide the additional space required to accommodate a growing workforce, with the company planning to expand its Dublin team to more than 250 employees.

Carmel Galvin, chief people officer at Klaviyo, described the Dublin office as far more than a satellite location, emphasizing the strategic importance of the team assembled there. She noted that the new facility would offer staff a permanent home designed to support continued growth and would attract builders seeking meaningful responsibilities.

The new headquarters is expected to open in 2027 and will act as a central hub coordinating the activities of Klaviyo's other European teams based in London, Paris and Munich. The company offers a business-to-consumer platform that leverages artificial intelligence and marketing automation to help brands personalize customer interactions using real-time data. Its client base includes well-known consumer brands such as Mattel, Glossier and Liquid Death, part of a wider network of 205,000 paying customers.

Klaviyo has reported strong international momentum in recent months, with revenue outside the Americas rising 35 percent year over year in the second quarter of 2026, while EMEA revenue excluding the United Kingdom grew by more than 41 percent over the same period. International markets now contribute 37 percent of overall business, a modest rise from 35 percent the previous year
