In the teaser, which gives a glimpse at the special, it starts with Kourtney and Travis explaining: "This is our personal archive footage that we are sharing with the world." Explaining their wedding, the couple said they wanted it to feel "authentic" with Travis adding: "I was nervous and I knew I'm not going to be able to say my vows without crying."
