Kyiv minister asks Shell if Russian oil they buy 'smells of Ukrainian blood'
Ukrainian minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Shell of secretly buying Russian oil. Foreign minister Kuleba tweeted the accusation and asked the Dutch energy giant: 'doesn't Russian oil smell like Ukrainian blood for you?'. British dock workers have refused to unload Russian oil from a German ship.
