Aside from the main house, there’ll also be guest homes built alongside a massive garage, pool and security facilities The paper reported in 2020 that Kylie bought the plot of land for over $10m , saying the sum was a record-breaking purchase. The paper also reports that Kylie is building a sports court and that in total the residence will span 18k square feet.
