Quitting smoking is probably the most significant achievement that any smoker can achieve in their life.

Mark explains: “"It is easy if you do it the right way. The Rubik's Cube has something like 42 quintillion combinations - that's 17 zeros by the way - and yet I can solve it in two or three minutes as I read a book on how to solve it. If you do it the right way it is an easy thing to do. The five-hour course begins by slowly exposing the many illusions perpetuated by society that smoking does have some benefits for those who do smoke.
