Two other retail businesses are set to upsize to new stores within the centre
A new Primark store has been given the green light as part of a £7million investment into a Co Antrim shopping centre.
Ryan Walker from Magmel Limited who own the Fairhill said: “We are thrilled with the pace of developments at Fairhill and are particularly excited to secure River Island in a new unit at the very heart of Fairhill. The larger retail space to be occupied by Toytown will create an improved shopping environment for toys and accessories with a dedicated area for their nursery department, known as Babyworld.
