– Part of 103rd Street at Ricker Road is shut down due to an ongoing investigation by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
News4JAX viewers have called into the newsroom and sent in tips that the parking lot next to the Publix Super Market at Oak Hill Village has an ongoing police presence and is taped off at certain spots.
