The basics An antioxidant and SPF is needed during the day time to protect the skin from free radicals, and prevent environmental damage and oxidative stress, which breaks down collagen and elastin. “ThisIt is very important to wear SPF every day, even during the winter. “There is UVA, UVB and blue light. UVB rays are the burning rays which are stronger in Ireland between March and September. I would recommend using a mineral or physical block during that time.
