The summer 'community event' has been postponed until 2025
Hyde Park Unity Day, which takes place in Woodhouse Moor, won't be going ahead this year. The summer 'community event', usually in August each year, has been postponed to 2025.
The current organisers will be stepping away and handing the reigns over to a new set of organisers, who will make up the Hyde Park Unity Day Committee . The current committee has made the decision to not take the day festival ahead this year, to give the new committee time to get acquainted with a strategy for moving forward.
