Locals say they're angry and upset
The incident occurred on Woodhouse Street at 6.47pm on Tuesday after several loud bangs were heard in the area. West Yorkshire Police deployed officers after male was seen in the road near the junction with Pennington Street carrying what appeared to be a firearm.
"And other things that make you scared for you children and their future. I worry that something is going to happen to me next time, as I am working here."
