Residents say the noises started a few days ago and just won't stop

Some residents at Leeds Dock have been complaining about a constant loud noise. Residents in the dock area of the city, specifically Clarence Dock, say that the noise keeps them up at night.

She said: "It's constant, it's annoying, it's like a screeching all around the docks, it happens now and then but is still going on and it's starting to affect my sleep. "I think it's a factory or something nearby, there is just a constant industrial noise going on and it's getting too much, I know other residents have heard it too, we shouldn't be paying as much as we are to live by the canal in peace to then deal with so much noise."
