Leeds United made it seven points from three games in less than a week on Saturday when a superb second-half performance saw them sweep aside Watford 3-0 at Elland Road. Daniel Farke's side now begin the new week in the play-off places in the still-young Championship table.
Wilfried Gnonto - ankle The Italian international was forced off against Hull City last week with an ankle issue and Farke confirmed after the win over Watford that he will require surgery that will keep him out until after the October international break. What Farke said : "Yes, sad news with Spence because Djed has done his lateral ligaments. He will be out for several weeks so we wait for further assessment. It seems like no surgery is needed but we have to wait for the further assessment. He will definitely miss out the next weeks. We will have to wait but to give you a timeframe for this but he's definitely out for a few weeks."
"So for that, it was also not the easiest week for him to come back into team training. I think the next week will be quite beneficial because we have time on the training pitch and I expect him to be back in the mix for next week. Obviously he needs game time to be there in his best rhythm but a fit Patrick Bamford, with rhyme and confidence is priceless.
Stuart Dallas - Broken leg After almost 18 months out injured, Dallas has stepped up his recovery by returning to first-team training, but it will still be some time until he is back in a matchday squad.
