Leicester City are confident of fending off interest in Enzo Maresca after sealing promotion to the Premier League,Maresca has received interest from a number of top clubs, including his former side Sevilla, where he spent four years during his playing career.
The 44-year-old has two years left on his current deal at the King Power Stadium, having joined the club from Manchester City in 2023.It’s been an excellent first season in charge of Leicester for Maresca after steadying the ship and getting them back up to the Premier League at the first attempt. They saw off Preston North End 3-0 on 29 April to wrap up the Championship title after recording three straight victories in a row following a slight wobble in previous weeks.
