Leinster Rugby has provided an update on player injuries ahead of their round eight fixture against Connacht. James Lowe is confirmed out due to an ankle injury, while Jordan Larmour and Tom Clarkson are both uncertain for the match.
Leinster Rugby issued an injury update on Tuesday, revealing that James Lowe will miss this Saturday's round eight fixture against Connacht at the Aviva Stadium (kick-off 5.30pm) due to an ankle injury sustained during the province's previous match. Head coach Leo Cullen stated that Jordan Larmour and Tom Clarkson are both uncertain for the game. Larmour was absent from last weekend's victory due to a minor injury and will be reevaluated this week.
Clarkson, who suffered an arm injury during the Clermont game, will also undergo further assessment. Leinster provided no additional injury updates on Dan Sheehan, Rob Russell, Will Connors, Jamie Osborne, Tadhg Furlong, Ciarán Frawley, Hugo Keenan, and James Lowe. The match will be broadcast live on RTÉ 2 and Premier Sports 1
