Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton snapped at a reporter regarding a question about Ferrari
after 11 years with the team, which has seen him win six of his seven World Championships with the team.
Despite his previous successes, the last two seasons with the team have been far from successful for the legendary driver - with Hamilton now set to join Ferrari in the 2025 season after triggering an exit clause in his contract. Hamilton will eventually replace current Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz J next season, although the Spaniard has enjoyed a successful start to the 2024 campaign with a win at the Melbourne GP - as well as third place in Bahrain and most recently Japan. While Sainz sealed a place on the podium, it was a very different story for Hamilton at Suzuka.
Speaking after the race Hamilton was asked whether or not he was looking forward to joining Ferrari next season in his post-race interviews, due to them being 'faster' than Mercedes currently.Hamilton was then asked if there were any improvements the team could've made to change the outcome of the race, where he spoke about contact he received withFerrari car in the opening stages of the contest.
