Scottish champions Celtic are closing in on a permanent swoop for Norwich City striker Adam Idah.
Liam Scales says he would love to see Adam Idah return to Celtic on a permanent transfer from Norwich City.
Reports today say it is expected that he will be given permission to travel to Celtic for talks and a medical. While new Norwich boss Johannes Hoff Thorup is keen to work with the Corkman, Idah is believed to have made his desire for a Celtic switch known.“We would love to have him back,” Scales said, speaking to the media on Thursday. “He’s a great lad.
“He was massive for us. He scored massive goals and put in massive performances. We would all love him back but it’s obviously out of our control. Hopefully it happens.”“He’s obviously very different to Kyogo,” explained the former Shamrock Rovers defender. “Kyogo is a brilliant, amazing player, but Adam’s got more physicality.
