Speaking on her Miss Me? podcast, Lily recalled that she had been sent to Elton's house in an attempt to curb her excessive drinking, when the female A-lister had asked for a favour to help raise money for charity. She detailed: 'This was when I was managed by Elton John's company and I'd been sent to his house in the south of France to like dry out for a couple of weeks.
She said: 'They come to the south of France, they arrive, and it's like late afternoon and she's like"I think you guys should sing The Sound of Silence". 'And she grabbed my arm and she said,"If you think I'm leaving you alone with my f***ing boyfriend you've got another thing coming".'She said: 'I was on my own in this house and it was the two of them and just me, and she was quite a lot older than me, and a lot more famous and more successful, and I just thought"I'm stranded and you've got me snookered".
