Hayes, 26, is alleged to have been clocked speeding at 150 km/h in a 100 km/h zone near Mallow in Cork on Sunday and is due to appear in court at a later date

Limerick hurler Kyle Hayes is to appear in court on a charge of dangerous driving following an incident in Cork last weekend.

The sentences followed a high-profile trial arising out of incidents inside and outside a Limerick nightclub in October 2019.
