Irish singer Linda Nolan, known for being part of the Nolan Sisters, has sadly passed away at the age of 65 following a 20-year battle with cancer. She died in hospital surrounded by her sisters after contracting pneumonia. Nolan first faced breast cancer in 2005 and was given the all-clear in 2011, but the cancer returned in 2017 and eventually spread to her brain.

Over the years, Linda had time to contemplate her funeral and selflessly, she wanted to take the burden away from her loved ones and do most of the planning herself. She added: “I've chosen the songs for my funeral... I would like There You'll Be from Pearl Harbor sung by Faith Hill.The singer's husband, Brian Hudson, died of liver failure in 2007 after being diagnosed with skin cancer.
Linda previously told the Mirror she had chosen a unique pink glitter coffin, she said: “Brian organised his funeral and it was amazing.
