Air ambulance seen landing with cordon near Co-Op off Swarcliffe Avenue
An air ambulance has landed in the Swarcliffe area of Leeds as police have put a large cordon in place near a row of shops.
A large number of police, as well as medics, are on the scene of the incident near the Co-Op at the junction of Swarcliffe Avenue and Whinmoor Way. It is not clear what has happened but there are early reports that somebody has been stabbed.to determine what has happened. One witness said there is a large number of emergency crews at the scene and the Co-Op has been closed.We have a reporter on their way to the scene and we will keep you updated with any information we receive.
