The hearing has started. Pete Weatherby KC, for the family, tells the court that the police have provided a statement which is said to confirm the transaction for the two flick knives happened at 4.30pm.
The evidence of Adam Chowdhary was that he purchased it online during a break at Manchester Grammar School. Tom Coke-Smyth, for Chowdhary, says the statement is not an admission his client was wrong. He points out his client was not asked about this during his evidence yesterday.
