The Premier League season begins in just four days time, and after spending pre-season assessing his current squad, it seems that Arne Slot may have left it too late to try and make his first signings of the transfer window.
Gravenberch made Liverpool's best XI from the 2024/25 season simulation, with Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai both joining him in midfield. Despite making fewer appearances than Jarell Quansah, Ibrahima Konate made the best XI, and Diogo Jota managed to avoid injuries all season as he beat Darwin Nunez to the striker position. With no signings having been made, Liverpool had a slow start to the season.
