A 10-month-old ‘lockdown puppy’ is looking for a new home after struggling to cope when his owners returned to work.
"Sadly, Noel was simply struggling to cope as his owners went back to work and he was being left for long periods of time which was making him very nervous. “This bouncy youngster is very intelligent and already knows some tricks and skills, but would excel with further training.
