Logitech is fast establishing itself as one of the leading producers of accessories for hybrid workers, The new Brio 500 Series webcam and Zone Vibe headset offer enterprise performance with stylish good looks and great usability.
Available in three fashionable colors: graphite, off-white and rose. The Brio 500 features a built-in privacy shutter that can be engaged with a simple quarter-twist of the webcam. There are two beamforming microphones built into the Brio 500 for high-quality sound. The webcam clips magnetically onto an ingeniously designed stand. The body of the webcam also includes a tripod bush so it can be mounted on a tripod or grip.
Thanks to RightSight technology – part of the Logi Tune software – the Brio 500 can automatically frame the user, even when moving around during a video call. There’s also a feature called RightLight 4, which intuitively corrects the image quality in less-than-ideal conditions.... [+]I’ve had a brief chance to look at the Brio 500 and it’s a cracker of a little webcam.
For use alongside the Brio 500 webcam, Logitech has also announced its new range of Zone Vibe wireless headphones for use during video calls. The Zone Vibe 100, Zone Vibe 125 and Zone Vibe Wireless offer business-grade performance and Logitech claims they all have an exceptionally comfortable fit. The lightweight over-the-ear design weighs a mere 6.5 ounces and uses a soft knitted fabric and memory foam to ensure the earpads are soft enough for day-long wearing.
As might be expected for products designed for corporate use, the Brio 500 and Zone Vibe headphones can be deployed and updated by a central IT department. The Brio series webcam is plug-and-play and compatible with most video conferencing platforms. The webcam is certified for Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. Logitech Sync integration with the Brio 505 enables IT admins to update the webcam’s firmware and troubleshoot problems whether the user is in the office or working from home.
The Logitech Zone Vibe Wireless headphones are specifically made to be easy to use, plus they look stylish and sound great. In addition, thanks to compatibility with most video conferencing platforms and the ability to push updates through Logi Tune and Logitech Sync, corporate users of the Zone Vibe will have fewer hassles with deployment. Like the Brio 500, the Vibe Zone Series is also available in graphite, off-white, black and rose finishes.
