As Brooklyn Beckham gets ready to become a married man, we look back at David and Victoria's epic wedding from 1999.
In July 1999, the soon-to-be-groom’s famous parents David and Victoria tied the knot in a stunning £750,000 event – roughly £1.2 million in 2022 – complete with iconic thrones and an epic outfit change.
The 14-bedroom property is set on 560 acres and comes with its own golf course, while the towering stone wall meant they had plenty of privacy for their special day. Victoria Adams, as she was previously known, and David set the world alight when they got engaged in 1998 The floral arrangements came from Simon Lycett – who worked on 1994’s Four Weddings and A Funeral – and John Plested, who took charge of the Queen’s ruby wedding anniversary in 1987.
