Former One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson has delighted fans by sharing a positive update one week after Liam Payne's heartbreaking funeral
Louis Tomlinson has broken his social media silence to tease some positive news after he said a final goodbye to his friend and former bandmate Liam Payne last week.
Louis took to Instagram to share a lengthy post a day after the star fell to his death from a hotel balcony in Argentina - and he had news that would have sent all 1D fans wild if it had came to fruition. Louis claimed the pair had often spoke of making music together and hoped to recreate their chemistry from their days together in a band. Sadly, that will never happen now.
The touching tribute saw Louis call Liam one of his best friends and the "most vital part of One Direction ". Alongside a photo of the pair embracing and smiling, Louis wrote: "Liam was an incredible songwriter with a great sense of melody, we often spoke of getting back in the studio together to try and recreate the writing chemistry we had built up in the band.
"I would have loved to share the stage with you again but it wasn’t to be," he continued, before saying he wishes he could have said a proper goodbye and tell him he loved him.
