The music mogul and X Factor judge placed fourth during Friday night's live final, which saw TV personality David Potts crowned as winner.
"I didn't want to win, I swear to God. It didn't matter as there's no prize money. I don't want to be called a celebrity... I didn't want it," Louis said. "If I didn't do it I would regret not doing it and you only get one chance in life. I'm not exactly a spring chicken.
