The programme continued to cause quite the controversy amongst viewers in the gearing up to its final week
The ITV 2 show has been hit with another 1,831 complaints over a recent episode as well as a further 168 complaints, which aired only a few days before Mimii and Josh were crowned the winners of the show and claimed the £50,000 prize.
There had been quite tense scenes on the show - with it looking like it's now the end of a friendship for Joey and Sean. Sean replied: "I feel like Joey and I have such a good friendship - so I don’t think it was Joey being Joey. I feel like there was some sort of tactics behind voting for us and I was shocked. I was genuinely like 'what?'"
Whilst it didn't quite end how they hoped, Mimii and Josh took home the win. Speaking about their triumph, Mimii admitted: "It feels so surreal, I don’t even have words right now to describe it. I want to thank everyone for all the love, it was the best time of my life."
