Michael Griffiths has shown off his incredible body transformation on Instagram, and he looks drastically different to his Love Island days.
He took to Instagram to share a photo of himself prior to his Love Island stint alongside another more recent snap to show off the noticeable difference in his physique. He's also launched his own fitness app, Hustle As One, which aims to help 'men and women us fitness to improve their mentality & outlook on life'.
