This year, the Government has committed to doubling every donation raised up to £2 million for Save the Children from this year's jumper day.Save the Children will hold its Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday, December 8.Save the Children has raised more than a staggering £30 million since launching in 2012.
Her co-host Schofield, 60, added: “I’m supporting Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day because I never forget we knitted squares for Save the Children when I was in infant school – so sometime last century!It's not just dynamic duos supporting this year's campaign either with many solo showbiz stars also donning their crimbo sweaters for a good cause.
