Lucy-Jo played Rhiannon Davis in Doctors Actress Lucy-Jo Hudson has thanked cast and crew on the axed BBC soap opera Doctors following its final day in production. Hudson is best known for her breakout role as Katy Harris, the teenager who murdered her own dad in Coronation Street and more recently as Donna-Marie Quinn, the mother of Romeo and Juliet Nightingale in Hollyoaks. She also starred in ITV’s Sunday night soapy drama Wild at Heart for six series and had a guest role in Casualty.
’ ‘My time on Doctors was one of my most memorable – the cast, the crew and production team were not only incredibly talented, and hard working but also so professional,’ Her Hollyoaks character Donna-Marie exited last year Corrie character Katy had a questionable age gap with boyfriend Martin Platt ‘They had to deal with so many actors coming and going through their doors daily as new patients, and they made each and every one of them feel so welcome.
