Lucy Kennedy has shared how she keeps herself as healthy as she can. The Living With Lucy presenter said she is not a ‘naturally slim’ person and works hard to stay in shape. Speaking to RSVP Live, she shared her regime for staying healthy and slimming down ahead of filming. “I am not a naturally slim person,” she told us. “I am what I eat. “Before Living With Lucy or anything like that, I do knock off the carbs, I do my walks, I get off the wine - I love wine, but it’s a killer.
So I get off the wine, I reduce my carbs and I start walking, because if I didn’t, no clothes would fit. “I’m a foodie through and through; I just eat, and overeat, and I never know when I’ve had enough. I’m kind of a greedy person, I always over order. “I’m not a natural slim jim, but I am conscious of making an effort. I’m 47, and the older I’m getting the more I’m thinking about my health.
