Lush has announced a new limited edition collection celebrating all things swamp with its Lush x Shrek collaboration
Fans of high street cosmetic store Lush have been left baffled by the retailer’s latest product collaboration, bringing ‘swamp aesthetics’ to life. Yes, Lush is bringing out a whole collection inspired by the DreamWorks Animation's Shrek franchise to celebrate everyone’s ‘inner swampy self’.
Lush’s limited edition collection features Get Out Of My Swamp shower slime, Shrek Swamp bath bomb and Fiona shower gel, complete with new and exclusive fragrances, as well as returning favourite scents for Gingy bubble bar and Donkey bath bomb. To really step into Shrek’s shoes, Lush’s best selling Mask of Magnaminty face and body mask, will also be fashioning a special label to celebrate the collection.
The Fiona shower gel has a light, fresh and fruity scent of lime and green grass, featuring lime, pine buchu oils and mango leaf absolute, while Shrek Swamp is scented with rich, deep chocolate mixed with a refreshing, minty and spicy top note thanks to peppermint, pink pepper and vanilla. Jade agreed, “Shrek and lush doing a collab is the best news I’ve heard all day tbh,” while The Zest said, “Shrek lush collab??? SHREK LUSH COLLAB??? oh there’s goes my plans to save money.”
