Marks and Spencer shoppers SO horrified by £2 snack in stores they think 'it's April Fool's Day'
Popular food hall Marks and Spencer is known for its luxury and sometimes bizarre takes on popular snacks and dishes. Shoppers often rush to M&S to get their hands on hybrid food items like cronuts, cruffins and jar cakes.
M&S' White Pearl Strawberries are said to taste of pineapple and vanilla, and quite frankly, they taste delicious. Not to mention they'd look a lot more chic than the red lot when dipped in chocolate.Punnets of M&S' White Pearl Strawberries cost £2 each. However, the fruity snack has divided people on social media, and the Karens have been out in full force.
Lindsay Shona Robson said: "They simply look like they’re unripened don’t they? Can’t say I’m tempted. The candy floss grapes that were a craze a few years ago were lovely though- so these could be hit or miss."
