One neighbor even took out his gun and fired several shots into the air in an attempt to startle and scare off the dogs, the sheriff’s spokesperson Joseph Wells said. When deputies arrived they found the 61-year-old woman bleeding on the ground, whereas the dogs that attacked her were inside a fence at a nearby home. They immediately began providing her first aid, applying tourniquets until emergency services arrived and took her to the hospital.‘She had one arm amputated before she passed and they had her other limbs in slings trying to save them. Her heart stopped twice and her blood pressure was all over the place,’ Rock’s niece, Kaydee Richley, told WTLV.
