Author and podcast host Mairead is a mum to three children and she has spoken about getting the right balance when it comes to sharing stories about her kids publicly
Mairead Ronan has said she is "real and honest" about parenthood when discussing her children publicly, but admits it can be hard to strike a balance when it comes to how much she wants to share.

But I think, even on radio as well, I've always been real about it. I'm very real and very honest about it .
"At the same time, it's being respectful to our listeners of the podcast and the readers of the book, that they can get a little insight into what our lives are like. Our children are the very same as their children too."
