It said: "It has been extremely busy over the past couple of days with a high number of patient presentations.The hospital said people should contact their GP or GP Out of Hours Services and that the Minor Injuries Unit at the Louth County Hospital in Dundalk is open from 9am to 8pm daily.The Lourdes Hospital is the main hospital for Louth, Meath, Monaghan and parts of Cavan.
