Fire crews are at the scene following a blaze at a 'factory' near Greater Manchester. Bocholt Way in Rawtenstall, Rossendale, has been closed off while emergency services work at the scene this morning .
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called out to a fire at a commercial property, which locals have described as a 'factory'. Drivers are being urged to avoid the area, Lancs Live reports.A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: "We currently have a road closure in place on Bocholt Way, Rawtenstall due to a fire. The closure is from the roundabout at Bacup road to Fallbarn Road.
According to the Inrix traffic monitoring system, Bocholt Way is closed in both directions between Bacup Road to Fallbarn Road. There are queues approaching the scene and on routes through Waterfoot.
