Major city centre road partially closed due to 'emergency works'
A major road has been partially closed to allow 'emergency work' to take place. A lane closure has been put in place on Woodborough Road between Mansfield Road and Huntingdon Street in Nottingham city centre as of 4.45pm on Thursday, July 14.
Nottingham Travelwise have explained this is so that 'emergency works' can be carried out by crews. The closure is said to be causing traffic tailbacks to Upper Parliament Street.
