He is expected to appear before a special sitting of Mallow District Court on Monday at 11.30am. A woman in her 30s who was also arrested has been released without charge. A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. Gardaí say they carried out a search at a premises in Douglas, Cork at 4pm on Saturday as part of Operation Tara. This seizure was made under Operation Tara, an enhanced anti-drugs strategy, launched by Garda Commissioner Drew Harris in July 2021.
