The man passed away from his injuries on Tuesday evening
A man who was assaulted in the early hours of Sunday morning has passed away from his injuries in hospital.
The unnamed man was subsequently taken to Beaumont Hospital where he received treatment for his injuries, however, he passed away on Tuesday evening.The investigation remains ongoing at Santry Garda station under the direction of a Senior Investigating Officer and a Family Liaison Officer has also been appointed.
