A driver who killed two schoolboys after knocking them off their bikes has changed his plea to guilty the day before he was due to go on trial.

Hart, of Anlaby Road, Hull, was refused bail and remanded in custody after he left it until the day before a trial was due to start before he pleaded guilty.He had been speeding at the time of the accident and had driven into a bus lane. He later removed a dashcam.
