The 58-year-old man was found seriously injured in Bellshill on Sunday morning.
A MAN and woman have been arrested and charged in connection with a disturbance which resulted in a man being hospitalised.
Officers responded to the incident in the early hours of Sunday morning where a 58-year-old man was found seriously injured on Rockburn Crescent in Bellshill.Cops have now confirmed that they have arrested two people in connection with the disturbance.The force added that they are continuing their investigation to establish fully what happened.spokesperson said:"Around 3.20am on Sunday, June 26, we received a report of a disturbance in the Rockburn Crescent area, Hattonrigg, Bellshill.
"Emergency services attended and a 58-year-old man who sustained a serious injury was taken to Wishaw General Hospital for treatment. "A man aged 34 and a woman aged 33, have been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
