William Brown was killed on July 16 after being hit by a motorbike.
A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a fatal road crash in Blackburn, Midlothian.
81-year-old William Brown from Blackburn was walking with a frame was crossing Bathgate Road in the town when he was struck by a motorbike at around 7.15pm on Friday, July 12. Emergency services attended and the 81-year-old was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where he died on Tuesday July 16.
