Police were called to reports of a man breaking into Paparazzi in The Parade, Watford, at around 4.15am this morning . He is believed to have gained access by smashing the front windows before stealing several bottles of alcohol.Officers later arrested a man in Albert Road North on suspicion of burglary and possession of cannabis.
