A man has been arrested as part of an investigation into an attack at a property in Strokestown, Co Roscommon last year. under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.

The arrest comes as part of an ongoing investigation into an incident at Falsk, Strokestown on Sunday December 16.Eight security men who were guarding the property were attacked in a 5am raid - three of them hospitalised in Mullingar and Sligo as over 40 people stormed the house and farm.
